About Us

Teresa and Sabatino Fabrizio started The Trattoria Fabrizio eleven years ago as a café but it quickly grew into an authentic Italian Trattoria. The great authentic Italian dishes and the warmth and attention the family lavished on their customers, soon resulted in a loyal and enthusiastic clientele who returned again and again.

During the winter months, Teresa began to offer cooking classes and discovered that she had a talent for teaching her skills to others. This venture has proved so successful that in January of 2002, Teresa and Sabatino have decided to change and do both the school and the restaurant. The Trattoria will become an Academy of Italian cooking - a place where groups and individuals can learn to cook the recipes that have been handed down through Teresa's family for generations.

For an Authentic Italian meal for lunch or dinner - Cafe Latte in the mid-afternoon, the Trattoria Fabrizio is open Tuesday - Sunday to serve you. The menu is simple but delicious. If you are of Italian Heritage, you will recognize this food.
